1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using PassSERU (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We provide study materials and mock tests to help you prepare for the Transport for London (TfL) SERU (Safety, Equality and Regulatory Understanding) assessment for private hire drivers. PassSERU is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to TfL.
2. Use of the Platform
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Share your account credentials or allow others to access your account
- Copy, redistribute, or resell our content or materials
- Use automated systems to scrape or access the Platform without permission
- Attempt to interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Platform
3. Accounts and Subscription
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Subscription plans (e.g. Standard, Premium) are subject to the access period and features described at the time of purchase. Our refund policy is set out in section 4 below.
4. Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any fees paid for Standard, Premium, or other plans, or for any other products or services offered on the Platform. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this refund policy.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, questions, and software, is owned by PassSERU or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.
6. Disclaimer
Our materials are designed to support your preparation for the SERU assessment. We do not guarantee that using our platform will result in passing the official TfL assessment. TfL regulations may change; we strive to keep content up to date but recommend checking official TfL sources.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PassSERU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
